The quote above is good advice, albeit somewhat old-fashioned and biased, but the basic point is well-taken (I hope): use your words with intention, particularly when writing, and try your best to make it interesting and fun for the recipients.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<span id=\"quote_book_link_67238\"><a href=\"http:\/\/dianaurban.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Diana Urban<\/a> has posted about other overused words on her blog, and I can only recommend reading &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/dianaurban.com\/words-you-should-cut-from-your-writing-immediately\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">43 Words You Should Cut From Your Writing Immediately<\/a>&#8221; to everyone wanting to improve his or her style.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<span id=\"quote_book_link_67238\">And if you feel somewhat less creative, take a look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/smartblogger.com\/weak-writing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cheat sheet over at SmartBlogger<\/a> offering 297 words and their better alternatives.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cSo avoid using the word \u2018very\u2019 because it\u2019s lazy.
