Once a year, I take off with my motorcycle for a few days and meet with about 10 others on a mountain retreat, where we spend time meditating and riding together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It may sound like an odd combination, but I absolutely love it. It\u2019s really like two sides of the same coin, and it lets me recharge my batteries right before (or sometimes also in the middle of) one of the busy seasons of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking time out is so important, yet it\u2019s also so easy to get caught up in everyday life, so making a conscious effort to take some time off should be a priority. I know I feel and am better if I do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you get out of the craziness and take some time to smell the flowers?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(There are no roses on this mountain, but plenty of other lovely little flowers that ladybugs love too.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
