I’m here for the first in-person meeting of Transforum<\/a>, the coordinating committee combining teaching translation and interpreting with applying it in practice, for which I am representing the Fachakademie <\/a>in Weiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lots of interesting information and discussions this weekend on the topic of self-employment and different professions within the field of translation and interpreting, but also some time for networking, sightseeing, a very entertaining guided tour through musical Hamburg (including three live performances), and good food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
